CleanFlix — Privacy Policy

Summary — the short version

We do not store personal user data on our servers. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (ExtPay). If you contact us by email we will use your message and your email address only to reply.

Data we collect

• Payments: When you subscribe or pay, payment processing and any related personal/payment data are handled exclusively by ExtPay (our payment processor).
• Support & contact: If you email us (cleanflix.contact@gmail.com) we retain the message and your reply address only as needed to handle the request.
• No analytics / no profiling: We do not install tracking analytics or profile users. We do not collect browsing histories, media usage, or personal identifiers on our servers.
• Cookies & local data: The CleanFlix Chrome extension may store minimal configuration locally in your browser/extension storage so the extension works for you. This data is stored on your device and not on our servers.

About ExtPay (payment processor)

We use ExtPay to process subscriptions and payments. ExtPay collects and stores payment information according to its own policies. We do not receive or store full card numbers or payment credentials. Please review ExtPay's privacy and security documentation for the full details of how payment data is handled.

How we use data

We use any minimal data we receive only to:

• Process and confirm purchases (via ExtPay).
• Respond to support requests sent to our contact email.
• Improve the product based on voluntary feedback (kept only as necessary to act).

Your rights

Because we do not maintain user profiles or store personal data centrally, there is little we can delete beyond support emails you sent or local extension settings on your device. If you want us to remove any contact message you sent, or to confirm what data we hold, email: cleanflix.contact@gmail.com. We will respond promptly and explain what we can remove.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the limited data we handle (support messages and operational records). Payment security is handled by ExtPay — they are responsible for PCI/security controls for payment data.

Retention

We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve requests. Payment records are retained by ExtPay per their retention policy; we do not keep payment credentials.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. If a change is material we will post the revised date at the top of this document.
